Oh, am I pissed.
For reasons I simply don't understand, ebay has removed the original art I had listed.
Here's what they sent me...

What the hell?
Did I presume too much by saying the money would go to New Orleans? I was irritated enough that despite the fact that this whole thing is set up through ebay's listing system, there was no mention of the red cross or MissionFish in the listing aside from my description.
It would seem to me their charity system has some serious flaws.
So here's what I'm going to do. If the high bidder wants to contact me in the next couple of days, I'll honor the listing as if it completed normally. Otherwise I'll relist it differently next week and we'll just do this without the "help" of MissionFish.
After 4 days of very long discussions I have reconciled with my significant other. Which is particularly good for reasons which include tomorrow being his birthday, and the fact that it's pretty damned hard to beat Halloween as an anniversery.
Seriously, beat that one. Try.

I've put up a page of Original Art on Ebay to help with the Katrina survivors. The money goes directly to the Red Cross, so don't worry about me blowing it on coke. Or Pepsi for that matter, I really don't like colas...

My boyfriend and I broke up this weekend.
I'm really not in much of a mood to rant at the moment, but I'll have something up later in the week. The new tablet screen is working out just fine. Today's strip was done entirely on it, no paper involved at all. If you notice a difference, I hope it's a good one.
