Update: Watch this, it's an extreme view, but it pretty much sums up how the rest of the world feels about us.

If you're going to email to tell me how wrong I am about our new leader, don't bother. I've stopped reading the ones coming in, and plan to continue doing so.

If you think he's a decent human being, and presidential material, that's fine. Enjoy your delusion. The rest of us live in reality, and the reality is we just confirmend ourselves as the most foolish nation in the world.

He stole the office once, made a huge mess dealing in things he doesn't understand, and now we just put him back in office by our own free will.

He does not care about the environment, and as Florida can tell you, the piper's already started to come calling on that bill.

He has no real military expericance, yet he's put us in the most improper war this country has ever participated in. And can't get out of it. (Kerry would have been just as stuck come January, but he'd likely not have dug the hole deeper)

He lines the pockets of the rich, while not holding them responsible for assisting with the finances of this country.

And his views on civil rights are abominable. Though I can't say Kerry would have made a huge difference there, it's extremely unlikely he would have pushed for a constitutional amendment condoning the new segregation.

That's it, I'll say no more on the subject.

There's a lot more crap the man has done, and will do. But I'm not going to convince half the country they're insane.

I've got better things to do.

We'll be back on Monday, with 2 new strips.

But right now I'm so disgusted with the country I love, that I really don't feel like making comics.

Republicans now control our government, civil rights are on the decline, and it was all done in the name of religion.

George W. Bush is a man of God the same way Osama Bin Laden is a man of Allah. Both profess their religious affiliations, both act in ways absolutely opposed to their "faith". Bin Laden's just killed less people.

Some of the nicest people I know are devout republican churchgoers. But as far as I'm concerned, they just voted their support for the wholesale slaughter going on in Iraq.

I hope they enjoy the blood on their hands.

The only consolation I have is that whatever happens the next four years will be wholly the responsibility of republican actions. Whether it be shit or sunshine, there won't be any confusion as to where the buck stops.

But right now I don't see much sunshine in our future...
